Sometimes all we need are answers.

Sometimes, we are the answer.

Every crisis can become the opportunity of a lifetime. For you, for others and for those to come.

How can anything be salvaged from this experience?

First understanding the power of trauma is the key. In order for a lock to be opened, a person first has to have the correct fitting key. In most of our traumatic experiences, whether good or bad, we have no instruction on how to utilize its power to influence our daily decisions. With crisis management, our only focus is teaching the truth about what you have experienced, what you should expect going forward, and how to stave off any other influence that might otherwise make you give up in defeat.

Why did God do this to me?

One of the most painful things is not understanding why.

Unfortunately, many who do not have a sound answer may judgmentally say in response to that question, "Well, why not?" For us, that kind of response merely adds insult to injury, creating further trauma.

Here is what we know. Trauma and crisis is an evolutionary part of the human experience. Each of us, good, bad, right or wrong, will have a share in life's trauma's.  What we can say in response to this very common question is, to answer it per the individual. In other words, crisis management knows that it is wisest to state, why would God let this happen to me as an affirmative instead. You see, the point in making the question a statement is not to cast blame but to find resolution. It is only through personal resolution that we now have "power over crisis."
